1993-1996: Senior Consultant, Eastern European Real Property Foundation. Education Specialist assisting in development of real estate profession and licensing and training courses in seven Eastern European countries.

1984-1989: Century 21 - H. T. Brown Real Estate: Director and Chief Instructor, H.T. Brown Institute of Real Estate; Assistant General Manager.

1983-1984: Director and Chief Instructor, Coldwell Banker Institute of Real Estate, Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia.

1982: Director and Chieflnstructor, Hugh T. Peck School of Real Estate; Branch Manager, Hugh T. Peck Properties. Developed and taught H. T. Peck Training Program.

1968-1981: Owner/President, C. F. McGowan Realty.

1976-1982: President, Stacom, Inc. Developed and built Stacom Professional Centre, Arnold, Maryland.

1968-1979: President, Chesapeake Colony Homes/Chesapeake Manor Development. Developed and built final phase of Indian Hills Subdivision, Arnold, Maryland, and custom homes $80,000-$250,000 range.

1969-Present: Licensed Real Estate Broker.
